and based on the information given at the time of request. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions or changes in project scope. Quotes are valid for

unless otherwise specified.

3. Scheduling and Project Start

We strive to begin projects promptly, based on client readiness and scheduling availability. Start dates are not guaranteed until a signed agreement and any required deposits are received.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement provided prior to the start of work. We may require a deposit for scheduling and material ordering. Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a project. Late cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee or loss of deposit.
